Kathi has helped relocate many buyers and sellers from all over the country as well as internationally.

Kathi’s knowledge of the Greater Kansas City Area is tops. She grew up in Jackson County, Missouri – rural and city – later lived in Kansas City, Kansas for 13 years and now lives and offices in Johnson County.

One of her buyers purchased over 100 homes in the Northland so Kathi is familiar with that area of town as well.

Kathi and her support team are on the ball with follow through, communication, knowledge, technology, resources and understanding.

Kathi has helped people from Germany & Switzerland relocate to the States.

In 2000, Kathi helped a Flordia client find an agent in Florida to sell their home and then helped them buy a home in Overland Park. Then in 2002 she sold their home in Overland Park and helped them find an agent in Idaho to help them with their home purchase there. Then in 2005, Kathi again found these same clients an agent in Idaho and helped them move back to a home in Overland Park.

Kathi refers relocating families to Realtors® with the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. These are Realtors that have demonstrated that they have significant experience and have completed rigorous eductional requirements.

Every CRS designee is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors® and to abide by its strict Standard of Ethics.

The training available to CRS designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business. It takes a lot of time and determination to complete the CRS designation process – that’s why less than 4 percent of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists.
